INGREDIENTS

For Sandwich Masala
Cumin seed- 1tbsp
Fennel seed/saufe- 1/2tbsp
Black pepper corn-1tsp
Clove- 1/2tsp
Chaat masala- 1tsp
Amchur powder- 1tsp
Black salt- 1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli- 1tsp

For Green Chutney
Mint- handful
Coriander leaves-handful
Green chilli - 2-3
Ginger- 1/2inch
Lemon juice- 1/2
Salt to taste

For Sandwich Assembling
Bread- 6 (slice)
Butter- 2tbsp
Green Chutney
Potato-1-2( boiled, grated)
Cucumber-8( slice)
Tomato- 4 (slice)
Onion- 4(slice)
Capsicum-4 (slice)
Beat root- 4 ( slice)
Prepared sandwich masala
Served with green Chutney n ketchup
