This cake is a simple yet elegant cake that is always ridiculously popular - every time I post about this, you all go crazy 🙌 It’s one of my favourite flavour combinations in the world!

■ 200g unsalted butter
■ 200g caster sugar
■ 200g self raising flour
■ 4 medium eggs
■ 200g raspberries
■ 150g white chocolate chunks
Decoration
■ 125g unsalted butter
■ 250g icing sugar
■ 125g white chocolate
■ Raspberries
■ Freeze dried raspberries
■ Melted white chocolate
