This video introduces and explains scalars and vectors for A Level Physics.

A scalar quantity only has a size or magnitude i.e. they have no direction. Whereas a vector quantity has both a size, or magnitude, and a direction. Examples of scalar quantities are; speed, displacement and mass. Examples of vector quantities are; velocity, displacement, acceleration and weight (force).
