Ingredients:
2-3 large potatoes, boiled
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp Schezwan paste (adjust as per spice level)
1-2 green chillies (chopped)
1/2 inch piece ginger (grated)
1 tbsp cheese spread
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Fresh Dhania chopped
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli pdr
Salt to taste
2-3 cheese cubes (1/2 per roll)
2 Rotis
2 tsp oil
2 tbsp butter

Instructions:
Heat oil, add green chillies, ginger, the Schezwan paste, boiled mashed potatoes and mix well. Season with red chilli pdr, salt, tomato ketchup, onions, Fresh Dhania and mix well and keep the filling aside
Take a roti, add cheese spread, ketchup and spread this well. Then add the potato filling, some grated cheese, Fresh Dhania & then roll the roti
Heat butter in a pan, add some Kashmiri chilli pdr, dhania, then add the roti and cook on both sides till golden brown and crisp

Serve HOT and ENJOY!!!
