(1 US Cup = 240ml)
1 teaspoon Salted Butter
A drizzle of Oil
4 Whole Eggs, seasoned with Salt & Pepper

For the creamy sauce:
1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
A drizzle of Oil
8-10 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Chilli, sliced (you may use more)
1 teaspoon Corn Starch (Cornflour)
1/2 Cup Milk
Black Pepper powder, as desired
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Red Chilli flakes, as desired
Oregano seasoning, as desired
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Finely chopped Coriander
