How to move Soil grown Chilli plant into DWC Hydroponics pot. Low power Grow Experiment

Grown in Soil from seed outside, sat in my kitchen window before becoming infested by mites, and then other kritters, I'm going to transfer this Chilli plant from soil into a DWC hydroponics system. Do you think it will survive?
