The Stanford-South Africa Biomedical Informatics (SSABMI) Training Program's Curriculum Development Project supports development of classes in biomedical informatics. As part of this program, we have recorded lectures from the Pharmacogenomics classes and made the material available to the academic community for personal and scholarly use. This material consists of 6 DVD's with approximately 9 hours of lectures from the Pharmacogenomics class.

This course was sponsored in part by the PharmGKB project and the Stanford-South Africa Biomedical Informatics Program (SSABMI). PharmGKB is managed at Stanford University and is financially supported by the NIH/NIGMS (U01GM61374). The SSABMI is a joint training program between Stanford University, University of the Western Cape, University of Cape Town and the National Institute of Communicable Diseases. SSABMI is funded by the Fogarty Center, a section of NIH under award TW006993.
