"No Hard Feelings" (2023) (Movie Review with Spoilers)

"No Hard Feelings" is a comedy film starring Jennifer Lawrence, Andrew Barth Feldman, Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales, and Matthew Broderick. It was directed by Gene Stupnitsky and written by John Phillips and Gene Stupnitsky.

The movie follows the story of Maddie. She is a young woman looking to find a quick way to pay the taxes she owes for her home. Maddie considers an online ad that promises a vehicle in exchange for dating their rich son, Percy, who is a very intelligent 19 year old who has extreme trouble socializing. The two head out on several adventures that teach them a different perspective on life.

"No Hard Feelings" is a very funny movie that still manages to send a good message throughout. It deals with trauma in a hilarious way and pokes fun at a lot of the current problems we, as young adults are all facing. Whether we're rich or poor. It was a blast from beginning to end and I look forward to adding it to my blu-ray/DVD collection when it becomes available.
