On August 11th, Sikyong Penpa Tsering attended the 65th Yarkyi cultural competition at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA). The Ngonpa group emerged victorious in all categories, showcasing the dedication of all participants.

Special guests, including Yashbir Singh from the MEA, and other dignitaries, honored the event. Sikyong presented awards, emphasizing the importance of personal growth in artistic pursuits and appreciating the efforts of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in preserving Tibetan culture.
