Sweet potato and soy flour steamed bread

Thanks to my child's food allergies, I started making breads, snacks, and meals that are gentle on the body and don't use eggs, dairy products, or flour. I will deliver healthy recipes that will be useful in your daily life♪

This time, I'd like to introduce a chewy rice flour steamed bread that is delicious in the fall, using sweet potatoes and kinako. ^^
The sweet potatoes I used were Naruto Kintoki. Try it with your favorite sweet potato!
The sugar is quite low, so if you want it a little sweeter, try increasing the amount moderately. ^^
Adding 10g or more of oil (odorless coconut oil is recommended) will make the dough fluffy.
