Aurel VS1520M Automatic Screen Printing Line for SOFC

Aurel VS1520M Full Automatic Screen Printing Line for SOFC is able to print on very thin ceramic electrolytes (min thickness 40um) granting the highest accuracy and performance.

The Line is composed by:

- Multi Rack Loader with 4 magazines (80 substrates each)
- Cleaning Station (ionizer bar + air knife)
- Two Weighing Stations for process quality control (before and after print) and automatic sorting system (good/bad)
- High-accuracy Screen Printer with double squeegee head
- Dual camera system for perfect alignment and PPI (Post Print Insection)
- Multi Rack Unloader with 4 magazines (80 substrates each) + 1 magazine for defective parts
- Fully PC control to edit up to 50 recipes
