AUREL New Generation Full Automatic Screen Printing Lines for standard thick film hybrids and fine line thick film solutions to achieve fine lines up to 20 microns and fine gaps up to 30 microns.

The process steps are:
- screen printing
- drying
- High Intensity UV LED exposure
- Abrasive Water Spray Developing
- Automatic Optical Inspection

The fine line thick film technology is a low cost and fast process that grants the finest lines with standard deposition thickness and sharp edges on various ceramic substrates and LTCC (green tapes).

No yellow room required for processing.
