Today made me a little emotional. Learning to work through our emotions as a young child allows us to except our older selves. This is something that I practice in my own family. Showing my daughter that it is ok to have emotions and show them! So, today's episode hit home for me.

I am talking with Jess Bubbico, she is a 4/6 Emotional Manifestor and human design and gene keys guide. But her passion is helping kids and parents learn to work through big emotions! She is a former pediatric speech pathologist turned author of the kids book "Jessi Lou & The Magic of You!".

Through this book she is helping kids identify their emotions and work through them. We are talking about:

Tips on how to work through those emotions with your children
The difference among generations and how we handle our emotions
Understanding our emotions allows us to except ourselves so who we truly are
