There are several different organizations that have opened coffee shops, employing individuals with down syndrome, and other disabilities, notably, Bitty and Beau’s. Chef Grace decided to learn how to use an espresso machine so she can have future career choices to make cappuccino and the other different kinds of coffee in this great new space. Her mom is also very pleased to be woken up with a lovely frothy coffee. This video was inspired by Grace’s mom’s visit to the inclusion coffee shop in Elma, New Jersey on her way to a retreat for mom’s of kids with down syndrome.
