Explore the mysteries of advanced poi thread the needles! Many of us learn thread the needle (TTN) early on in our poi spinning journey and likely leave it along the wayside as we challenge ourselves with more advanced poi tricks. And it's a shame, because it turns out thread-the-needle can teach us a lot about advanced forms of plane bending, including poi inversions and a whole lot more!
