These Weight Loss Myths Will Keep You Fat

Описание к видео These Weight Loss Myths Will Keep You Fat

Most people make these three weight loss mistakes and so they gain weight back or never lose much weight.

If you're a woman in menopause trying to lose weight, then these mistakes will be even worse for you.

The first mistake is cutting or restricting calories.

This will cause Repressed Metabolic Syndrome (RMS). All this means is that your body won't be able to burn fat. Instead, it will store fat very easily. And when you exercise, you'll burn muscle. Ultimately, you wreck your own metabolism.

The second mistake is cutting out carbs.

The truth is, carbs will help you burn fat when you use them correctly. They will increase your Thyroid and - as a result - your metabolism. The key that most people miss is making sure you eat the right TYPE of carbs with the right COMBINATION of foods... and at the right TIME through the day.

The third mistake is doing too much exercise.

Not only can this cause RMS and lower your own metabolism, but it can also over-stress your body. This will raise your cortisol too high. And this chronically elevated cortisol will prevent fat loss.

In reality, you don't need that much exercise. Maybe only 30 minutes a day. You also don't need to do high intensity exercise. This will often send your cortisol too high as well.
