Sabudana rotti / thalipeeth is a maharashtrian dish.

It suits well with coconut chutney..
will upload chutney's recipe soon.. 😊

Tips:
••After soaking sabudana overnight, next day morning wash it thoroughly to remove starch and stickiness.
At least wash it for 3-4 times.

••keep washed sabudana in a strainer for 10 minutes so that it dries partially. later on mix with rice flour. Sabudana should not be moisty.

••If you are preparing rotti for second batch , wash the base of the kadai then apply oil & pat evenly..
similarly for next time also!!

••If you flatten & deep fry this dough by adding boiled potatoes then it becomes Sabudana vada... 😊
