SAP S/4 Hana July 2023 trainees are presented Fit-Gap analysis, Business Process demonstration.

We are going to start a new sap S/4 Hana end to end implementation project on 4th Aug 2023, Friday 8.00 pm ist to 9 pm ist.

S/4 Hana June Month Implementation project updates:
Module involved: MM, SD, FICO, PP
Team Size: 15 to 20 Consultant
Duration of the project: 2 Months / 60 Days
Completed Activities in S/4 Hana implementation Project

1. Completed scope documents to understand the client business process of MM, SD, PP, FICO, PS, PM module

2. Prepared BPML business process master list documents preparation, which includes all the module business process requirements to be addressed in MM, SD, PP, FICO modules in SAP

3. Prepared of Fit-Gap Analysis with each business process with flow diagram, roles and Authorization and purpose and benefits of the process presented to customer

4. Prepared Business Blue print which contains AS IS, TO BE, process flow diagram, Gap Analysis, integration process, roles and Authorization, reporting requirements etc and get approved from customer

5. Preparation of KDS key data structures which covers the configuration of s/4 organization Structure, master data, business transaction etc;

6. Configured client business process based on the business blue print and kds reference with MM, SD, PP, FICO modules

7. Preparation of WRICEF objects which covers Forms, Reports, Enhancement, Interface, Conversation objects etc

8. Created test scripts documents for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing based on the client business process

9. Preparation of Configuration Documents, testing documents like unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing etc

10. Preparation of cut over activities of master data, stock upload, open purchase order, sales order , production order etc.

13. Consultant are working for master data upload using LTMC, BDC, LSMW and share the template

14. Business team will share the master data as per template and start upload the master data in QAS/PRD

To be completed the below Process in S/4 Hana implementation Project

1. Need to prepare the training manual document and conduct the user training with MM, SD, PP, FICO, PS, PM module

2. To be Involved in pre-production activities to move transfer request form dev system to production system, check the WRICEF objects are moved and working without any dumps

3. To be Involved in Go Live activities of MM, SD, PP, FICO, PS, PM module with clients and provide 1 month support activities

4. Need to work on support project tickets and prepare the solution design document to clear the technical round interviews
