This is one of my all time favourite lesson revolving around the hip joints. I might just call it "hip joints foundation class". We will explore basic hip movements, and see how these movements connect to the upper body and legs. As an added benefit, if you have painful knees, this class might help your knees to feel better .

Rather than squatting or standing, we will study in a supine position. This way you will have less muscular tension in your hip joints, and thus be able to focus more on what's really going on in your hip joints.
