Dhall Curry 扁豆咖哩

Ingredients （材料）:
500g lentils / dhall (去皮扁豆）
1600ml water (水）

4 potatoes, diced （马铃薯，切丁）
1 carrot, diced （切丁）

2 tbsp oil (油）
1 onion , chopped （洋葱，切碎）
3 cloves garlic , chopped （蒜头，切碎）
3 shallots, chopped （小葱头）
2 sprig curry leaves （2束咖喱叶）
2 tsp mustard seeds （芥末籽）
6 dried chilies （辣椒干）
2 tbsp curry powder （咖喱粉）
1/2 tbsp chili powder （辣椒粉）
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder （黄姜粉）
3 tbsp Water (水）

3 tsp salt （盐）
1 tsp sugar（糖）
