Rory McIlroy PGA Tour (PS4) Playthrough (Part 1 of 2) - NintendoComplete

A playthrough of the career mode with a created golfer in EA Sports' 2015 PlayStation 4 game, Rory McIlroy PGA Tour.

This is the first time I've ever had to break a video into multiple parts - for that I apologize. YouTube rejected the original 15 hour video, so I split it into halves.

The second half will be uploaded within the next day or two.

The playthrough has my custom made hot-mess of a middle aged lady golfer, Eustacia Vye, winning the PGA Tour during her second season. The only edits to the video was the cutting of a few loading screens to disguise the break points where I spliced the video together. All days of all competitions are shown, played in the default "play most important holes", so you don't have to sit down to watch four days of 18 holes each for each competition. That would take an absolute eternity.

Finally, I'd like to say that this game looks incredible. I went back to PGA Tour 486, an EA Sports golf game released in 1994 that blew minds back in the day with its graphics, and it's amazing to see how far things have really come. The TV presentation is pretty amazing, though the commentary.... ugh. Over the career, you hear the same lines OVER and OVER, and often they are questionable in their relevance. Oh well, it's incredibly pretty, and plays well once you figure everything out.
