Perfect Armhole drafting for all sizes| sizes 6-24

Hello, welcome to my channel!

Cutting a perfect armhole is fundamental to a successful end product.

In this video tutorial I show you how I achieve the perfect armhole everytime I cut an outfit.

The formula lies in knowing the sizes and their measurements.

For a size Uk 6-10 I use 8 inches depth so after sewing it becomes 7 inches .

For a sizes 12- 16 I use 9 inches , which becomes 8 after stitching.

For sizes 18-22 I use 10 inches which ends up as 9 after sewing.

For sizes 24- 26 I use 11 inches which becomes 20 after sewing.

Please note that all these sizes are UK size chart ,so if you use US or European chart you need to take note of the differences.

To cut a sleeveless bodice, cut your armhole 1/2 an inch shorter. and the width of your shoulder should also be atleast 1 inch shorter.
