Thank you for watching this youtube channel.
My name is Elena and I was born in 1971.
It is important for me to practice Yoga, and here I would like to show the 5 Tibetan simple exercises, that really give me well-being in my body.
Maybe it will give you the same feeling too.
Yoga prevents and alleviates stress symptoms and releases tension in the body and mind. By working with the breath, you create peace in the brain and increase concentration. Yoga strengthens muscles and joints, and softens stiffness in the body, and harmonizes the circulation, the internal organs, the immune system and the nervous system.
In yoga, you often activate the core muscles, and the good strength you get in your stomach and back straightens you up more. Exercises and stretches also release tension in the back and neck, so that the shoulders, which sit up under the ears on a daily basis, come down and back into place.
Yoga does not stress the muscles in the same way as running and cycling, and you can therefore practice yoga every day.
Many believe that Yoga poses activate the parasympathetic nervous system, during which stress, anxiety, fear and anger can leave your body and mind. It also means that we achieve the mental clarity during which we will be able to focus better.
The 5 Tibetans are five simple yoga exercises that you spend 20 minutes doing every day. And the result: increased bone mass, supple muscles, better digestion, detoxified body, perfect hormone balance, drained lymphatic system, zero stress, double chin and love handles.
The 5 Tibetans work by stimulating the flow of natural life energy throughout the body. Just like turning on the "ON" button.
The endocrine system is responsible for the body's general level of functioning, which means that the five rites affect the functioning of all your organs and systems, including the physical and energetic processes, including the aging process.
They do this by activating and stimulating the 7 key chakras in your body, and in turn all the glands in the endocrine (hormonal) system are stimulated.
Chakra is an Indian word in Sanskrit that translates to "whirling wheel of energy." The chakras act just like an electrical transformer by receiving and regulating life energy and relaying it throughout the body.
The pulsating speed of the chakras is the key to sparkling life force. It is also important that your chakras are free of negative energy and that they are perfectly formed and not distorted.

The Five Tibetan Rites are thought to be more than 2,500 years old. They were reportedly created by Tibetan lamas (monks), or leaders of Tibetan Buddhism, though their place of origin is still debated by some.
