Cambodian Beef Skewers [ Sack Ko Jakak] Just perfect for hot summer day. It is a must know dish. It taste the best with Papaya Pickle. Try it and you might love it! 💕

✔️ Ingredients for Cambodian Kroeung
( These ingredients for 2kg of beef )

▪️ Frozen or Fresh sliced Lemongrass - ៣ tbsp
▪️ Kaffir Lime Leaves - 2-3 leaves
▪️ Thin Slice Galanga - 7x
▪️ Turmeric - 1-2 roots
▪️ Garlic - 1 bulb
▪️ Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Water - 3-4 Tbsp
( water will help the blender to rotate )

✨if you are using pestle and mortal you do not need to add water or cooking oil. You can add straight to the meat.

✔️ Cambodian Beef Stick
( 20s small skewers or 11 large skewers )
▪️ Beef - 1 kg
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Salt - 1 Tsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
▪️ Kroeung - 2 Tbsp
▪️Ground Pepper - 1 tsp ( optional )
▪️Cooking oil - 3 Tbsp
