Bag breathing is a great tool to stay healthy and/or manage symptoms if you get sick. All you need is a bag! (Plastic or paper will work). Increasing CO2 levels in the body can have positive effects in many areas of the body. Breath into the bag until you are slightly breathless. Stop if you get dizzy or light headed. Try doing this multiple times a day and see if it helps your anxiety levels, sleep, breathing, etc. Let me know if you have any questions!
