A tasty and healthy seasonal snack recipe is presented here. A leafy vegetable called Senna tora is available only during rainy seasons, intake of which gives many proteins and nutrients. We use it in different dishes like curries and snacks. Here we present a Vada by using it. Other than these leaves, we also used onions, coriander leaves, ginger, red chillies etc. The main ingredient is channa dal and urad dal, and we can also add a little rice flour optionally. Finally mix them(coarsely ground dals) well and deep fry in hot oil. That makes tasty and healthy vadas for evening snacks.
