We know that hibiscus flowers are generally used for pooja & decorations, but some of you may get surprised if I say these flowers can be used in kitchen to make a healthy dish. Here we show a gojjju/curry recipe by using mainly Hibiscus flowers and onions. No requirements of coconut or any spices other than tempering items. Salt, jaggery and tamarind is added to taste. It can be combined for hot rice.
