Chef Zarine Khan's Vegetable Biryani & Aloo Gosht Recipes With Daboo Ratnani & Eisha Deol | EP 11
Vegetable Biryani :
500gm Par boiled rice
Water as required
4-5 tbsp Oil
10-12 Cloves
8-10 Cardamoms
3-4 Cinnamon sticks
4 Chopped onions
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
2 Diced capsicum
1 Diced carrot
150 gm Cauliflower florets
Mix Well
150 gm French beans
100 gm Green Peas
2 Diced potatoes
Mix well and cook for 5 min
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
3/4 tsp Turmeric powder
4 Diced tomatoes
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup water
Simmer for 15 Min
add 150 ml yogurt
Finely chopped fresh coriander
7-8 Whole green chilies
1 tsp Garam Masala
Cook it for 5 min on slow flame
Spare par boiled rice and place the veggies
Ghee
Cook for 10 min on low flame
Garnish with fresh coriander

Aloo Gosht :
3-4 tbsp Oil
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
4-5 Cardamoms
8-1 Cloves
2 Chopped onions
500gm Mutton pieces
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
Mix well
2 tsp Red Chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Mix well & cook for 40-50 min
200 ml Tomato puree
Water as required
Cook for 10 min
2 Diced potatoes
3 Cups of water
Mix well
5-6 Whole green chilies
Freshly Chopped coriander
2 tsp Garam Masala
Cook for 2 min
