Kane Lake... if you know, you know. If you don't, then check out the video and put it on your list this next summer. Kane Lake is a moderate 3.5 mile hike in the Pioneer Mountains of Central Idaho. It's the waterfalls that really sets this lake apart from most other lakes. I think we counted 12 separate falls! If you check it out let me know what you think.

I shared a concept from @TheoVon podcast towards the end of the video. Nothing changes, if nothing changes. He speaks about embracing change to create your best life. If you want to experience/create something new, then there needs to be change. Simple idea but very profound. Learning to be comfortable with change is the first step to a creating a new experience.
