Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2023: Ike-Hallo Cosplay Parade - Tokyo Japan

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival, the special Ike-Hallo Cosplay Parade, which expanded its route, was held. Numerous cosplayers gathered, and the parade took place in a glamorous atmosphere, showcasing one of Japan's largest-scale cosplay events.

The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2023, celebrating its 10th anniversary, was held over two days on October 28th (Saturday) and 29th (Sunday). The streets of Ikebukuro were adorned with a variety of cosplayers depicting anime, games, and more, attracting a record-breaking 141,000 attendees.
On October 28th, the 'Ceremony' commemorating the 10th anniversary featured ambassador Sachiko Kobayashi showcasing a popular manga's final boss cosplay on the runway. The spotlight was on the special event 'Ike-Haro Cosplay Parade,' with approximately 400 participants, parading from Hareza Ikebukuro to Sunshine 60 Street. Additionally, a 'Pre-Festival' took place on October 27th at Sunshine City, where participants enjoyed cosplaying and the night view in line with the evening's ambiance.
The event hosted various cosplay-related programs, such as 'Nico Nico Cosplayction' and 'Halloween with Parents,' on the main stage at Ike-Sun Park. Under the support of Canon Marketing Japan Co., Ltd., the 'Serious Photography Area' allowed attendees to borrow cameras and enjoy cosplay photography.
The 'Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2023' was a tremendous success, coinciding with the 'Haunted Little Tokyo' event in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, born from the inspiration of the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest.
On October 28th, Ike-Sun Park held the awards ceremony for all 10 categories of the 'Cosplayer Of The Year 2024' online contest, culminating in the grand finale competition. TenDonMaru was chosen as the overall grand prize winner.

日本最大級のコスプレイベント、池袋ハロウィンコスプレフェス10周年を記念してコースを拡大したスペシャル池ハロコスプレパレード。数多くのコスプレイヤーが集結し、華やかな雰囲気の中、パレードが行われました。

10周年を迎えた池袋ハロウィンコスプレフェス2023は、2023年10月28日（土）・29日（日）の2日間にわたって開催されました。池袋の街をアニメやゲームなど多彩なコスプレイヤーで彩りイベント来場者は過去最大の14万1千人に達しました。
10月28日（土）は10周年を祝う「セレモニー」が行われ、アンバサダーの小林幸子が人気漫画のラスボスコスプレでランウェイを披露しました。
注目のスペシャル企画「池ハロコスプレパレード」では過去最大の約400名が参加し、Hareza池袋前からサンシャイン60通りまでの道のりをコスプレイヤーたちがパレードしました。また、イベント前日の10月27日（金）にはサンシャインシティで「前夜祭」が初開催され、夜のシチュエーションにあわせたコスプレと夜景を楽しむ参加者で盛り上がりました。
イベントでは、様々なコスプレ関連の企画が行われ、イケ・サンパークのメインステージでは「ニコニココスプレクション」や「親子でハロウィン」などの企画が展開されました。キヤノンマーケティングジャパン株式会社のサポートのもと実施された「ガチ撮影エリア」では、参加者がカメラを借りてコスプレ撮影を楽しむことができました。
「池袋ハロウィンコスプレフェス2023」は大盛況で、イベント同日には、アメリカ・ロサンゼルスのリトルトーキョーにて池袋ハロウィンコスプレフェスがキッカケで誕生したイベント「Haunted Little Tokyo」も開催されました。
10月28日にイケ・サンパークでコスプレイヤーのオンラインコンテスト「Cosplayer Of The Year 2024」の全10部門の各グランプリ表彰式と総合グランプリ決定戦が行われ、`てんどんまる`さんが総合グランプリに選ばれました。
