Dear Women: Conquering Envy

I pray this encourages anybody listening, but I pray this particularly encourages women. I find that envy particularly attaches itself to and attacks women more so than men. And, unfortunately, social media has multiplied the opportunities for envy to grow and fester. Because the root issue of envy is actually low self-esteem and high personal dissatisfaction and discontent, it's impact on women is particularly detrimental. Thankfully, God and His Word gave me the tools to overcome envy, discontent, and low self-esteem / self-worth / self-confidence. I am still walking in that victory - and I hope this video facilitates victory for those (especially women) listening/watching.

In this video, I shared how I intentionally conquered and "purged" myself of that green-eyed monster, "envy." I briefly discuss the definition of envy and I share why I felt the personal conviction to get purge envy out of my heart and my life. I then share five (5) things I did to combat and conquer envy.
