Two weeks left to go before we ride to help cure cancer!

We took on our biggest training ride to get ready for America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride on June 2!

Our Greater Sacramento chapter of Team-in-Training is training to ride 100 miles around Lake Tahoe to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Today, we're riding 85+ miles in the foothills of Placer County, California. It was a beautiful day but got a little windy and warm as we climbed over 5,000 feet total. Our support volunteers put on a master class of SAG support.

Our chapter, also known as "Team Mile 88," is trying to raise $100K for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This will qualify us to have a research grant named in honor of someone of our choosing. This year, we're trying to earn a grant for "Safeish Tom," a friend of our group who is now battling cancer as we speak.

We've raised over $40K so far. We're making progress but could use your support in this fight against cancer.
