Just three weeks left until we ride

We only have three weeks of training left for America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride on June 2!

Our Greater Sacramento chapter of Team-in-Training is training to ride 100 miles around Lake Tahoe to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Today, we're riding 71 miles from Granite Bay to Auburn, through to Confluence and Lincoln before returning to the start. It was a warm day climbing almost 5,000 feet total but our support volunteers had special treats for us.

Our chapter, also known as "Team Mile 88," is trying to raise $100K for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This will qualify us to have a research grant named in honor of someone of our choosing. This year, we're trying to earn a grant for "Safeish Tom," a friend of our group who is now battling cancer as we speak.

We've raised over $35K so far. We're making progress but could use your support in this fight against cancer.
