This practice is perfect for those of you who feel the need to build more arm strength for a good chaturanga pushup or your first arm balance. This fun flow will build up its intensity towards the end of this practice.

We will work with shoulder protraction and retraction, we will play around with plank pose, reverse table top and then we will continue with dolphin pose pushups and modified tripod pushups. All along I will be explaining to you how you can recruit more strength in your upper body by focusing on proper alignment and technique.
No equipment is necessary for this practice. Do you best and stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.
