I have been working on this for a few months. This is another one of my rescue films but this time all is identified. It is a 16mm film shot in 1956 at Disneyland at the Rivers of America and is about the riverboat Mark Twain and an extraordinary man by the name of Joe Fowler. He was a true renaissance man from the last century that lived two lifetimes in one. He was in two World Wars and retired from the Navy before going to work for Walt Disney and helping to create the happiest place on earth. His intelligence, imagination and resolve made him the perfect match to Walt Disney's creative genius. In my opinion this century hasn't got a prayer of producing a man of this caliber.
