The first thing we will talk about is the salary that I was offered by the school. Teacher salary in the Dubai and UAE varies according to experience but this will give you an idea of how much you may be offered.

Then we will talk about the education benefit that is not applicable to me because I do not have children in the UAE.

The next thing in the teacher benefits is accommodation. This will be offered as per company policy and depending on whether you are single or a family, you will be allocated a bachelor, a 1 bedroom apartment or a 2 bedroom apartment.

Then the school will provide a visa for you and some of your family members. Usually your spouse and a maximum of 2 children will be sponsored on your visa. They will have a residency visa which will expire after 2 years.

The next benefit is flights. You will get a cash allowance to pay for flights for your spouse and 2 children under the ages of 18.

In addition, they provide medical insurance for yourself and your family. They also pay for the school holidays according to the ADEK calendar, so you do not need to worry about that.

The contractual period is 2-years which is renewable after 2 years. This means that both the school and the teacher will need agree to go into the next 2 years of the contract.
