I am soon to embark on a Transit Custom full campervan conversion, and one of the items I wish to install is a 2kw Chinese diesel heater. Having watched many videos on quietening them down, I recently purchased the new "Upgraded exhaust" from AliExpress for just over £12 shipped to the UK.
Was it worth it? I think so, it may not come across very well in the video, but in situ their was a noticeable difference.
I am also considering the new "upgraded quieter fuel pump" as this also appears to work well.
