Psy-Ko-ized Saws - Stihl 362 vs Echo 620 vs ms362 W/Phase #1 Torque Tweak - Who Wins here???

It was an interesting outcome. As the title suggests, and dialog in the latter stages, I had to go back to the operating table on the third ms362 and "revisit" a bit of nuance. In the process of "Bionic-ifing" the initial test subject, sometimes prudence dictates erring on the side of caution. "Easier to take a little more off than weld more on".
Sometimes the differential is negligible in the mini cuts (saw class would impact how the term mini applies). My Torque Monster 181 pulls a buried 42" with downright authority but runs about the same as a Psy-Ko-ized 7900 Makita/Dolmar, 500i, 461 in a 32 to 36" cut sporting a 32 or 36" bar.
The three of the featured saws are all taken the same level, Psy-Ko, which is 5th on the list of 6 standard levels.
Looking at the timed runs:
ms362 standard at 13,560 wot went 4.5 sec down and 4.82 up
cs-620pw at 13,560 wot sawed 3.91dwn, 3.95 up, 3.91 dwn ,and 4.08 up
ms362 standard at 13,560 wot ran 5.71 dwn and 6.51 up.
I did say phase 1 testing. This was the first session I sawed with the Torque Tweak in a 362. No worries, I was able to finesse some more out her.
As predicted in the stock shoot-out between these two. The 620 really came alive and is taking names.
