Roadtrip 2021 - on the Mary River in a Houseboat - Episode 25

We spent 2 great nights on the Mary River in a Houseboat we hired from Corroboree Houseboats.  We fished lots but only caught a few small fish well actually I think Dannielle got most of them. 🐟 Peter did get a Barrimundi but it was to small. We enjoyed going up and down the river seeing some of the bird life and we loved finding lots of Saltwater Crocodiles. 🐊 Overall our experience was great, yes there was bugs and yes the heat was difficult at times with no air-conditioning but we definitely enjoyed our time on the river and we would recommend it to anyone who visits NT. We are all buggered and having a quiet afternoon but we still had time to meet Jill the Water Buffalo and it was divine going for a swim when we got back to Bark Hut Inn. 🦬
