The video I shot for my old friend, Liancheng Shen. He was born in Beijing and grew up in Beijing. He has been practicing Dachengquan for half century. Dachengquan is one kind of internal martial arts originally from Beijing, it is also named Yiquan, developed from Xingyiquan a century ago . Mr. Shen is living in Beijing in the winter time and spending most of his time practicing at his studio in Wutai Mountain.
