How to Use Email in NetSuite

Do you use the email feature in NetSuite? And if you do, are you using it to its fullest potential? The ability to send emails directly from NetSuite, whether you’re contacting vendors and customers, communicating with employees, or sending out the results of a report, keeps communication in your company open, up-to-date, and consolidated.

In this video, we talk about how to set up your NetSuite email with a designated “From” field and a customized signature. We also take a look at the different ways you would use email in NetSuite—like emailing searches, reports, and transactions, or emailing an individual from their entity record. And finally, we look at how to navigate the Email Message window, where you would choose the recipient(s), compose your message, and attach any necessary documents.
