👩🏻‍🍳재료[Ingredients]: 📌1 Cup=200ml
밥 1공기 bowl of cooked rice
당근 100g carrot, chopped
감자[소] 2개 200g small potato, chopped
양파[중] 1개 180g medium onion, chopped
호박 1/2개 100g, green squash, chopped
생표고버섯 4-5개 shitake mushroom, chopped
채수[다시마,무우,파뿌리,양파] 4 Cups of vegetable stock [dashima, radish, white part of green onion, onion]
참기름 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
식용유 1 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil
찹쌀가루 1 Tbsp glutinous rice flour
소금 1 1/4 tsp salt

Chop the vegetables into very small cube pieces
In a large pot, heat sesame oil and cooking oil together over medium heat
Add in the chopped veggies, season with salt, and saute for about 2-3 minutes
Pour 4 Cups of water[or replace vegetable soup stock for deeper flavor]into a separate pot, bring to a boil,
Then, add the rice, stir it around, and simmer to a boil
In a small mixing bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and water to make the paste
Add 1 Tbsp of the paste to the pot of rice
Once it comes back up to boil, add the veggies in
Stir it around occasionally until most of the water has evaporated away
Add salt and pepper to taste
