Solo Bandos GWD with the Shadow/Crossbows (No Tickloss 5:0)

As there already existed 2 decent 5-tick Bandos kiting methods, I'll explain the pros and cons of all 3 relevant methods. For reference, those methods are:
Diagonal Kiting -    • New Solo Bandos method - ACB Diagonal...  
26t 5:0 -    • GWD bandos 26t 5:0  
No Tickloss 5:0 - This video

LOSING TICKS:
The Diagonal Kiting method loses some ticks while setting it up, but none once you're in the cycle. The 26t 5:0 method doesn't lose ticks on setup, but does lose 1 tick per cycle. The No Tickloss 5:0 method doesn't lose any ticks at all, making it the best DPS method.

TANKING GRAARDOR HITS:
The Diagonal Kiting method makes you tank a Graardor hit, while the other methods don't make you tank any Graardor hits at all.

RUN ENERGY CONSERVATION:
The Diagonal Kiting method makes you run on average 4 ticks per shot. The 26t 5:0 method does better, making you run on average 3 ticks per shot. The No Tickloss 5:0 method does even better, making you run for only 2.8 ticks per shot on average.

FLINCHING:
Only the 26t 5:0 method relies on flinching. Due to magic splashes having an unique effect on NPCs with regards to flinching behaviour, this means that even if you execute the 26t 5:0 method perfectly with Shadow, it's possible for Graardor to hit you. So the only viable methods for the Shadow are the Diagonal Kiting and the No Tickloss 5:0 methods.

FIXING A MISTAKE:
Both the Diagonal Kiting and the 26t 5:0 methods require you to do something to fix a mistake. This is not the case for the No Tickloss 5:0 method: it automatically fixes itself when continuing the cycle.

PRAYER FLICKING:
The Diagonal Kiting method works very nicely for prayer flicking. It's possible to implement prayer flicking in the No Tickloss 5:0 method, but it's a bit more difficult. But for the 26t 5:0 method, it isn't very viable to do since the 5-tick minions cycle doesn't match the 26-tick cycle.
