Full life cycle recruiting encompasses the entire process of finding a new employee - from recruiting to hiring. The person who executes this process is called a full life cycle recruiter. They are someone who is good at evaluating applicants during all stages of the hiring process. This includes interviewing, shortlisting, and negotiating salaries, too.
