Hey guys, try this easy cream mushroom recipe - full of nutrients 😍

Ingredients:
800g mushrooms (I've used white & brown ones)
2 carrots
2 onions
2 red peppers
2 potatoes
1/2 small celeriac
1/2 small parsley root
150g cooking sour cream
20g coconut flour
10 ml coconut oil
2 garlic cloves

~~🔆Instructions:
1. Wash & cut all the veggies.
2. In a medium pot add the onion with a bit of olive oil, then the mushrooms (keep a few mushroom slices for the serving). Stir regularly.
3. In a larger pot add water, salt, olive oil and the cut veggies.
4. Boil for 10 minutes.
5. In a small pan saute the kept mushroom slices and put them aside.
4. Add the onion & mushroom mix from the medium pot into the large one.
5. Add the coconut oil.
6. Put some broth aside, as it is easier to make it as creamy as you like when mixing in the end.
7. In a bowl, mix 100 ml broth with 20 gr of coconut flour (about 2 tbsp).
8. Add the coconut flour mix into the soup and add the cooking cream as well.
9. Leave it to boil for another 8-19 minutes.
10. After turning the stove off, use a vertical mixer to mix it until it becomes creamy (now you can add more broth - depending on how smoother you prefer it).
11. Serve it with some parsley & sauteed mushroom slices. ✅
