Hey guys, check out this super easy & tasty chickpeas pizza recipe! 😍

Ingredients for 2 pizzas:

DOUGH:
400 g drained chickpeas (make sure to read the label as it usually indicates the amount incl water)
200 g shredded cheese
2 eggs
Herbs, salt, powder garlic & pepper

TOPPINGS:
5-6 cherry tomatoes
tomato sauce (50-60 g)
150 g broccoli (I used fresh broccoli)
200 g mozzarella
125 g brie cheese
40 g shredded cheese
40 g gorgonzola
20 g nuts
100/120 g water
Salt
Pepper

~~🔆Instructions:

DOUGH:
1. In a pot add the dried chickpeas, cheese, egg, water & herbs.
2. Preheat the oven at 175C/ 350F.
3. Using a vertical mixer, mix all the ingredients until the dough becomes homogeneous.
4. Using a spatula or a spoon, spread the mix in an oven tray.
5. Bake it for 15 minutes.

TOPPINGS:
1. Prepare the toppings (based on your preference - I’ve prepared 2 and used cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, brie cheese, gorgonzola, broccoli, nuts, shredded cheese)

ASSEMBLING:
1. After the pizza dough is ready add dome tomato sauce as base and put toppings on top.
2. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
