These gentle breathing exercises are perfect to do in the morning before you start your day or during an energy dip in the afternoon. If you follow this challenge consistently, you’ll experience a great overall boost of your energy levels and develop more mental clarity.

Important:
• The place for practice should be clean & well ventilated.
• Breathing should be gentle without any exertion.
• Keep the focus throughout the practice on your inhalation, exhalation & retention. If the mind wanders away, gently bring it back to your breathing.

Precautions:
• Pregnant women should not follow this practice.
• People with hypertension, any cardiovascular issues or anxiety should avoid Kapalbhati and be very cautious with breath retentions.
• Please be advised to consult with your physician or other health care professional before beginning this program to make sure that it is appropriate for your needs.
