Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 210g
Butter 130g
Icing Sugar 120g
Cocoa powder 50g
Coffee 1Tsp
Whipy Whip Cream 210ml

Direction:
Firstly take a sauce pan and add Dark Chocolate, Butter, Icing

Sugar and Coffee. Cook the mixture on low flame and stir with

Spatula to keep mixture from burning from the bottom. After

mixing ingredient with spatula, add Cocoa powder and mix it

with Hand Whisk to refrain mixture from lumps.Then remove

the pan from stove and keep it on room temperature for 6 to 8

hours. Then after required consistency of icing, fill it in pipng

bag after putting piping nozzle in it.Then make different

flowers and designs on cake and serve.
