Poppyseed is an oil seed obtained from the opium poppy. The tiny, kidney shaped seeds have been harvested from dried seed pods by various civilization for thousands of years.
Poppyseed is also known as Khaskhas in India. It is used for as a spices for making of various dishes and sabjis.
Some people this khaskhas used for sabzi making. I made this sabzi cooked with onions and some spices. This sabzi is very famous in Vidarbh Maharashtra, especially in Saoji's community. They make this sabzi in every occasion, family program and in wedding too.

Let's see the ingredients for making this delicious sabzi

Ingredients :-

Khaskhas/ Poppyseed 1/2 bowl
Onions 4 medium
Gingergarlic paste 1 spoon
Cumincoriander powder 1 spoon
Turmeric
Redchilli powder as per your need
Salt to taste
Kalamasala 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves
Oil as per your need
