1.5 cups of water or meat/vegetable stock
1/2 Cucumber
2 spring onions
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup black olives
A handful of fresh basil
A handful of raisins
1 tbs salt

For the dressing:
Juice from one lemon
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
50ml olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbs maple syrup
